Advanced Open Water Diver
The Advance let you discover some different diving specialties to explore more and have more fun underwater !! You will gain experience, confidence and develop your skills to become a better diver.

What are the prerequisites?
You need to have your Open Water Diver certification without dives numbers restriction. Also to be in good health so you will have to fill a Medical statement form, we can send it to you for prepare better your visit.
You can begin the courses at 12 years old, the kits who have between 12 and 15 years old will be certificate has Junior Advance Open Water with a 21 m (63 ft) dive limit.
They will automatically upgrade Advance Open Water Diver at 15 years old and like you allowed to go until 30m (90ft). So why not continue the adventure together!?

What I'll going to do ?
Our training dives generally take place during local our daily divers trips, but you have the possibility of integrating one or more AOWD training dives during our trips to Catalina or Murcielagos Islands.
You will follow a theoretical part with your instructor about all the diving specialties you choose (there is around 10 different).You have the choise to do it at home with the E-Learning who give you the opportunity to advance at your speed and have all your material in digital. Or you can have the Advance Open Water book at the Summer-Salt Dive Center and follow the theory part with us at the dive shop. In any cases, ours instructors will be there to follow you, respond at you questions and explain you all the important point.
You will have 5 specialty dives to complete including one deep and one orientation, followed by 3 of your choice and you will improve your techniques.
This certification allow you to dive around the world up to 30m, you will open the doors to new sensations and you will meet new species!!
